2016 Lagoon 450S

Description

Cabo is a particularly well equipped and well cared for Lagoon 450S. Featuring significant custom upgrades to make this particular 450S a dream to sail and to live aboard in comfort.

With the Lagoon 450S, the French builder has taken a proven concept and incorporated subtle changes to produce a cat that’s easy to operate, stylish, and is perfectly suited for blue water cruising.

Cabo is much more than your standard Lagoon 450 S. Fully outfitted for cruising and featuring many custom upgrades such as:

Brand new mainsail and furler genoa fitted in Fall 2023. Made by Doyle Sails who have a proven track record for providing world class sails. Made with 10.88 Fastnet Dacron, fully battened, and with offshore chafe protection along all batten pockets.
Full helm station custom enclosure to keep you dry in even the worst weather conditions
Recently installed framed rigid solar panels on the davits

New black coated polypropylene mesh from Multi-hull nets - dark grey (fitted 2022)
Under water lights
Out of water servicing completed in November 2023. Including sail drive services, antifouling, gel coat and hull polish.
Forward bulkhead reinforced as per manufacturer specifications and certified by Lagoon in Martinique, 2022

Includes life jackets , flares and other required USCG safety equipment.
Four steps up from the cockpit, the broad helmsman’s seat is an arm’s length away from everything needed to operate the vessel. The B&G instrumentation (wind and speed info, chart plotter, auto pilot) are close at hand, as are the controls for the Quick windlass and the twin Yanmar diesels.

All the running rigging, including the overlapping genoa’s sheets and traveler, are also right there, organized in conjunction with a trio of Harken electric winches and a suite of Spinlock clutches. Capping it all is the aforementioned SporTop, a hard bimini with tinted plexiglass that provides good sight lines for the sails.

That cockpit has a U-shaped settee to starboard and a daybed to port. For lounging, there’s also a long, cozy settee forward of the coach roof, just aft of the trampolines.

Cabo was in the BVI during the storms of 2017. She was subsequently de masted and faced some damage to the deck. She was professionally repaired, and a new rig was installed.

She is currently in the Conch Charters fleet where she has been in charter operation since the start of the 2022/23 season. She currently has upcoming charter revenue from existing bookings. She is available to keep in fleet or to be released for you to sail away into the sunset.

Cabo is the quintessential all rounder. While perfect for fun and relaxing recreational cruises, she is also built to face the ocean.
